Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
